Guests "love being so close to the train" and the highway at this "centrally located" Downtown high-rise, although the neighborhood isn't "so great at night"; the staff is usually "friendly and helpful", the parking's "convenient" and the WiFi's free – good things in a hotel that "could certainly use an update in decor and facilities", has problems with some rooms' "strange layouts" and is not always completely clean.

Location was in a scary part of Bridgeport.

Hotel was very nice, as far as the area surrounding it,

Easy to get to; beautiful rooms; pleasant staff; great!

I liked everything.

Great hotel in the center of the city. Right off of a major N/S highway. Beautiful bar and restaurant area. Very clean rooms/bathroom. Parking garage adjacent with an attendant 24/7.

The workout room.

Pool was small.

Nice and comfortable, pool could be bigger. Construction was inconvenient with parking and the pool. Once it is completely renovated may be better, should have up-sized the pool.
